The Lost Eye Of The Serpent PURCHASE

I know this sounds crazy when I say it, but I think my sister Rose really is Sherlock Holmes.  How else can I credit what she achieved, during that long, strange summer of 1893?  And when she was still only a girl of fifteen, no less?  I mean, who ever heard of a girl of fifteen being a Detective?

The trouble started quickly.  My family and I were minding our own business (that business being the opening of our hotel, the Delacroix), when the Emerald Serpent jewels showed up.  They had come all the way from China, but they weren’t in our hotel safe for even twenty-four hours before somebody stole them.  What’s worse, the blame for their theft fell right on my brother Bill, who was minding the hotel front desk when the jewels disappeared.  Pretty soon, it seemed as though the whole town of Hope Springs was out to get him.  Our hotel business fell right off, what with everybody in the area believing that the Delacroix family was a bunch of thieves.  Dad was afraid we might even have to sell off our hotel.

But then Rose stepped in.  Rose was interested in the Sherlock Holmes stories, and more than anything she wanted to be a detective when she grew up.  Before I even had time to think about it, Rose and I were both trying to find the person who had really stolen the jewels.  It was the right thing for us to be doing, but I knew we’d have to get it done quick.  Poor Bill was already locked up in the town jail, and I had a bad feeling that if he wasn’t freed soon, some town hothead was going to do something a lot worse than wait for him to go to trial…

Buffalo Heat series with N Kuhn

The weather is getting warmer so here is hot series to match!

Buffalo Heat

Candace Banchetti is on the biggest case of her new career as a Buffalo PD. But rocking tiny outfits and stilettos isn’t the worst part. She’s not only a stripper, but the girlfriend to a drug lord’s son. In order to keep her sanity, she needs this case to end and soon. Enter the guy that could bring down her case if she doesn’t learn to control her hormones around him.

Dominic Bartel despises his new nick name “Geek Boy”. Being undercover means he has to play the part until he gets the bust. Unfortunately for him, he wants Candace in his bed, the drug lord in jail, and for the severe case of blue balls to end. He’s so close he can see the end of the line. But once the bullets start flying and her life is on the line, it’s time to stop pretending and get the bad guy…and the girl.

Buffalo Undercover

Candace Banchetti is trying to figure out if she can make a relationship work with Dominic Bartel, the undercover FBI agent she met during the Sirocco case. She wants to take her time to assimilate back to being a part of the precinct, after months of undercover work right out of the Academy. She’s had enough pretending to be someone else. That is until Omega Team comes in and hires her and Dominic to help take down a sex trafficking ring.

How can she say no when so many girls lives hang in the balance? Thrust back into undercover work, Candace and Dom play their roles perfectly, but is it enough to keep Candace safe? Can they save the girls and take down the trafficking ring?

Interview with Author N Kuhn

Today I have a special treat! An interview with author N Kuhn

Elle: Tell a little about yourself.

N Kuhn: I’m a single mom. I work from home so I can be with my mini me when she’s not in school. Besides writing, I run a full advertising and promotional company for authors. I PA for some amazing women like Desiree Holt and Carly Phillips. I enjoy reading as much as writing, although I write romance, I prefer to read horror! I live in a small town and love it!

Elle: What can you tell us about your books?

N Kuhn: I vary. Some are Romantic Suspense. I’ve always loved action movies and try to bring that to my books. Strong men who are loyal, not jerks. As having left a domestic violence marriage, I try to bring the type of men to my books that I would want in my future.

Elle: If a fiction writer, is any part of your book based on events in your life?

N Kuhn: In Bare Christmas, there’s domestic violence in the beginning. The opening scene (minus how it ends) is something I went through with my ex husband. That book means a lot to me and is why I donate proceeds from it to a local DV Shelter in my

area. There are other experiences in my books. Personal things, I try to put something of my self into my characters or plot.

Elle: What was the greatest challenge you faced with publishing your work?

N Kuhn: Finding time to write! With having a 5 year old running around, wanting to play, running my company and still finding time for family, it’s hard for me to sit and write for hours at a time. I do a lot of writing from my phone on the go, while getting my daughter from school, or sitting at her ballet class.

Elle: What are you currently working on?

N Kuhn: Right now, I’m writing Going to the Chapel for Melody Anne’s Billionaire Universe Kindle World that launches later this month. I’ll also be writing a book for June, for Ruth Cardello’s Lone Star Burn Kindle World.

Elle: Do you have an interesting writing quirk?

N Kuhn: Not really. I’ve written books while my toddler watched Mickey Mouse Club House. I’ve written books while sitting at Starbucks. There’s not anything I really do every time I write or that I need.

Elle: Do you have a favorite author or book?

N Kuhn: Nelson Demille. I love his mix of conspiracy, military and sarcastic asshole characters! I fell in love with him when I watched The General’s Daughter with John Travolta. And then went to read everything he’s ever written.

Elle: Describe yourself in three words.

N Kuhn: Mommy want coffee

Part of an elite SEAL team, Mason takes on the dangerous jobs no one else wants to do – or can do. When he’s on a mission, he’s focused and dedicated. When he’s not, he plays as hard as he fights.
Until he meets a woman he can’t have but can’t forget.
Software developer, Tesla lost her brother in combat and has no intention of getting close to someone else in the military. Determined to save other US soldiers from a similar fate, she’s created a program that could save lives. But other countries know about the program, and they won’t stop until they get it – and get her.
Time is running out… For her… For him… For them…

Finding a dead man is a hell
of a way to start a holiday.

Growing up, Hawk was always a bit of a wild
card. Once he became a SEAL, he found his niche in the world. But the wild man
was still there, under wraps …and waiting for a match. Back home for a few
days, he realizes a new, darker element has moved in.
And it appears to involve the freckle-faced
redhead he never forgot.

Mia remembers her best friend’s brother. After
all, what woman could forget him? He was like fireworks lighting up her life.
Taking her breath away and making her heart beat faster. But the version that
came home was harder, more dangerous … and sexy as hell.

Good thing he’s on their side as the town
explodes in violence with Mia caught in the middle.

He’s one of the smartest,
the best … and the baddest.
Since Dane achieved his lifelong dream of
becoming a Navy Seal, his life has been packed with action … but now he wants
more. Especially after seeing several of his friends find something – someone –
On a mission hunting a chemical weapons
terrorist, Dane runs into a captivating woman, and everything about her touches
his deepest needs. But the circumstances are suspicious, and he can’t determine
whose side she’s on.

Marielle came to Germany for a short busman’s
holiday, only to end up running away from the very man she came to see, and
into the arms of a man she knows she’ll never be able to keep.

As their situation slides from bad to worse to
desperate, their lives are on the line. And so are their hearts.
